Walk In Freezer Pu Panel Details: 

1. Our Pu Panel Standard width is 960mm , The length can be customized according to your requirements . 

2. PU panel is B2 fire proof grade, keep best insulation effect and safety.

3. Durable zinc-coated cam lock, very easy to install, anti-corrosion effect is very good. 

4. 40-42 kg/m3 density PU foam, the insulation effect is good . In other words , can save your electricity cost . 

5. CFC FREE raw material , environmental friendly. 

After placing order ,our designer will design an exact drawing for your cold room , you can install it easily . 

Walk In Freezer Door Details:  

Hinged door.  Our standard dimension is 0.8*1.8m . Can be customized .  It is suitable for small cold room.	Sliding door.  Our standard dimension is 1.5*2m . Can be customized .  It is suitable for large cold room . When you need to use forklift into cold room , sliding door is good choice.

Walk In Freezer Condensing Unit Details:  

Condensing unit : We normally provide , copeland compressor condensing unit and monoblock unit .    brand compressor:  1.Original new Germany brand piston compressor      2. Long Service, large cooling capacity, stable  performance , can be repaired     Copeland brand compressor:  1.Original new American brand scroll compressor      2. Small machine loss , no noise .   Monoblock unit:  1. Small size ,occupy small space  2. Easy to install , no need extra copper pipe to connect condensing unit and evaporator etc

Walk In Freezer Evaporator Details:  

1. Hydrophilic aluminum foil , very good anti-corrosion effect

2. Using silver electrode for copper pipe welding , high leak resistance for freon.

3. 2.6Mpa pressure leak test to keep it safe

We normally provide , copeland etc famous brand compressor , quality guaranteed. 

C: How about your delivery time?

For panels , normally 7~10 days. 

For equipment .  1)If your voltage is same with China , like 380V/50HZ/3Phase , our delivery time can be 15~25 work days. 

                           2) If your voltage is different with China , like 220V/60HZ/3Phase etc , our delivery time is around 45 work days. 

D: Can you arrange engineer for us to install my cold room?

Yes , we can provide engineer go abroad to guild the installation , you need to solve visa , air ticket , meal , hotel , salary etc .
